On this island he has set up a genetical engineering facility which permits him and his scientist to create dinosaur from blood extracted from prehistoric mosquitos, that have been preserved in amber. Before he opens this keep attraction to the public he needs specialist to pass the park. He brings them to the island and begins to show them what he has accomplished.
